Shipping

1) How does shipping work?
- There is no shipping. All summaries are downloaded to your device via a download link in the email you receive after purchase.

2) Why the shipping form at checkout then?
- Our website host has other shops that use it. They cannot turn it off and neither can we (unfortunately). So, you must fill it in, but it serves no purpose.

After purchase

1) I received an email stating my order was placed. I did not receive any further emails with download links. Where are my products?

  1. If you did not complete the payment process, the email with download links will not be sent. You have to complete the payment process where you either use and pay with your card, or instant eft.
  2. If you are sure you completed your payment, then network carrier issues might be to blame. Give it a few minutes especially if you live in an area where the internet speeds are slow.
  3. If internet issues are not to blame, then you might have made a spelling mistake in your email when filling in the payment info. If this is the case, the email will never reach you. Contact us if you suspect this is the case. Luckily, getting your products to you is as easy as us confirming your payment and then emailing the products to you.

2) I received my download link email, but clicking on the link does nothing. What to do?
- Ensure you click "allow download" if the pop-up appears. If that does not work, contact us to email you your products.

3) I downloaded my products, but all I see is text. Where are the visuals?
- Our summaries has 5-10 visuals per summary on average depending on the subject. If you cannot see any, try using a different app or program to open them. If they are still missing, contact us. We will email it again. That has fixed it the one time we had such an issue.

Products

1) Are the Afrikaans and English versions of the same grade and subject identical?
- Yes! They are structurally and content-wise the same. They are just translated versions of each other. Even the visuals are identical.

2) Do you offer other African languages?
- Unfortunately not. Not because we do not want to, but because our summarizers are proficient in English and Afrikaans.

3) Do the term and half-year bundles differ from the individual summaries?
- No, the bundles are just that. They have all possible summaries included and even better, at a lower price than buying all subjects individually.

4) How many exercises does each summary contain and why not include more?
- Each summary ends in one exam-type question with a memo. We will expand to worksheets and exam practice papers once all our summaries are online and available for purchase.
